Easier and Healthier Hashbrowns

When making hash browns, the most time consuming part is getting the potatoes to fully cook. It saves a lot of time to bake the potatoes the night before and put them in the fridge. Then in the morning you just dice them up while still cold and brown them in a pan. This way is more healthy too because you don't have to use so much oil to cook them.

I love to make hashbrowns. What I do is microwave with small amount of water til done, then brown on stovetop before serving. Works wonderfully.
