Ronald McDonald should be relatively easy to create if you are good at sewing. You just need to make a yellow outfit with red trim and striped arms, then do the clown makeup and a red wig. You could also buy a ready made costume on Amazon.

The Fry Guy isn't available for purchase but you can make one with yarn or pieces of fabric. It resembles a colorful mop head. Just wear tights on your legs and large tennis shoes.
