How do you get your puppy comfortable with using the bathroom outside instead of in the house on her potty pad?

That's why I don't like pee pads - you have to house train your dog twice. You might try bringing the pads outside. But you will have to bring her out every 45 minutes or so to give her the opportunity to go, if she doesn't already let you know she has to go.
