I have a Kenmore sewing machine and I would like to know if the snap on feet would also fit on the Brother CS6000i. Waiting to hear from you.

Basically there are only 3 types of feet on ALL sewing machines: Low, High or Slanted. If you know which one of the three you have means you can buy the feet that go with that type of machine. In general all Brother, Kenmore, White & Euro-pro machines take the same LOW shank feet. They may NOT all have the "snap on" capability & you may need to use a screw-on type foot, but you can usually buy an attachment that turns a '"scerw-on" into a "snap-on" foot. For Kenmore machines you may need a "Type "A" Snap-On Master Bracket", look below under "KENMORE FEET" to buy one.
I have 4 working machines at the moment & my older Brother, my brand new Brother & the older Kenmore's feet all inter-mix, but my 1930's Singer has a different type of foot, it's a slanted foot that does not interchange with the others. Different Singer machines can have many different types of feet, like a VERTICAL foot, a SLANTED foot or a HIGH foot but there is also a "vertical type B slanted foot" for some Singer machines... But as I said earlier, once you know if your machine's foot is a HIGH, LOW or SLANTED you've got it made because you can then interchange any low foot with any other companies low foot or high feet with high feet, etc, etc. This is extremely handy if you are like me & love to garage sale & thrift shop because you can sometimes find some really great deals on boxes of old sewing machine feet & attachments. But even if these feet will not fit your machine, it's still a good idea to buy them anyway & either post them to e-bay or better yet, hang on to them in case you find a deal on a machine where all your saved up feet & antique attachments will work!

Thank you so much for responding. I have both snap and the shank that fits on to adapt the other feet I have. I found out this week looking at the manual for the system I have. I pick up new machine on Tuesday next week. Getting excited. It will be so much better that the old one I had and less expensive too!!
I also purchased a serger 6 months ago. What a dream to do rolled hems. You can literally make pj's in an evening. Thanks again for your help.
