Chili Con Carne Taco Salad (Salad With Beans)

Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

• 4 lbs. hamburger
• 2 cups chopped onions
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 4 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. paprika

• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 44 oz. canned tomatoes
• 4 - 1 lb. cans kidney beans

Directions

Cook hamburger and discard fat. Now, place everything into crockpot. Cook on high for 7 hrs.

Putting Salad Together

Ingredients

• Salad
• chili
• taco chips
• sour cream
• salsa

Directions

Place chili into salad bowl. Crumble about 6 chips, placing into salad. Take 1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream into salad. Add 2 tsp. salsa. Mix gently.
