Frugal Solution Needed For Extremely Dry Feet and Callous Removal?

I would like to know if there is an alternative to expensive pedicures (even at the beauty school here they are $20, the salon/esthetician is $30-$60). My feet are very dry and calloused, moisturizing, even using petroleum jelly at night with cotton socks isn't enough. I would love some frugal ideas/solutions to help me solve this beauty issue. Thank You

Get a pumice stone and use it twice a day, followed by a good thick heavy cream, or Vaseline or coconut oil. You may even have to use the lotion 3 times a day. Wearing socks all day can dry out your skin as well, as the fabric soaks up your skins natural oils. I have seen where some will warm up the lotion or cream first, then apply it, then wrap the feet in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

I bought a diamond foot file 20 years ago and still have it. It's a great investment
