Chicken White Sauce

Instead of cheese, I use a block of chicken stock in white sauce and it tastes great. Use corn flour instead of flour as it is smoother.

I don't know what a "block of chicken stock" is in the states, unless it's like a small square of bouillon??? Sounds very good.Annie
