Garden: Lemons

Here is just one of many buckets and buckets and buckets of beautiful and delicious lemons from my trees. I juice them and freeze them in ice trays then transfer the cubes to Ziploc bags. Works out great for a variety of dishes from desserts to sauces to old fashioned lemonade and of course, Frozen Margaritas! When the seasons harvest is over and all the lemons are juiced and frozen, I can just go to my freezer and use the frozen cubes the rest of the year. Just looking at them makes me so happy!
