Asian Pork Tenderloin

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 231 Posts

The most tastiest pork recipe I ever tasted!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. red food coloring, optional
  • Advertisement

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • Sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, and mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup for basting, cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag, and add tenderloins. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degree, brushing with reserved marinade every 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into slices.

Thanks for sharing. This sounds delicious...just like the roast pork from the Chinese restaurant. Can't wait to try it.
