Permanent Marker on Polyurethane Jacket?

I have a jacket with a 100% polyurethane shell. The lining is 65% polyester, 35% cotton. The shell has black permanent marker on it. Someone signed my chest when I went to a concert and it rubbed off onto my jacket. Please help.

Try isopropyl alcohol or 3% hydrogen peroxide but test them in an inconspicuous spot first for color fastness and do not mix the two together. Dampen the ink marks with the alcohol or peroxide, allow to sit for a minute or two and then rub fabric against fabric and rinse and then wash. If it looks like it's working but didn't remove it all just repeat.
