I used to work for a pizza shop and one of the best selling items was for a garlic butter pizza. It sounds too simple to be "right" but it is . First sprinkle cheese on the uncooked dough, then add cooked add cubed breast on top of the cheese, dot with butter or margarine, salt and pepper, and then sprinkle liberally with garlic powder. Bake as usual. IMPORTANT: This recipe was used in a commercial oven. when making it at home, be sure to place a pan below to catch butter drippings as they will smoke and burn in your oven otherwise.

I did work ( many years ago) at another place that also used herbs (just italian seasoning from a jar) on the garlic butter pizza. They mixed thiers with the butter and spread it on the bottom of the crust before the cheese, but I think the first recipe tastes much better. Another good topping choice for this pizza is tomato! YUM!! Just slice and put on top of cheese and proceed as above. Enjoy!
