Prune Stained Sheets?

HELP ME! My daughter has a problem with constipation. I asked the doctor about it, he said try prunes. Well i did and put her down for the night and when I went to get her in the morning. Her diaper had exploded all over her sheets. Can anyone help me? I have tried Shout, Dawn, and Baking soda. Please someone help me.

I would try peroxide. It worked on a bloody sandal strap for me.Just get a big bottle & soak the stain,or part of the stain.I have a sprayer on my bottle as I use it just as much for cleaning as I do for first aid.
Good luck,I hope your baby is feeling better now.Maybe if you give her just a little prune juice to drink once in a while it will help & be less explosive.

Hi,

I would try to use Cascade dishwasher detergent. (the dried power type) My cousin used this on her baby bibs that had food stain spit ups that wouldn't come out and it worked well.

Just make a paste and put on the sheets and lightly scrub in with any sort of old brush. (Toothbrushes or fingernail brushes work well.)

Hope this helps,
Anna

Spray sheeets with pre-treater (like Shout). After putting in washing machine-let agitate 2-3 minutes and then shut machine off overnight. Turn back on in the morning to finish cycle.

A little prune goes a long way, but I always soak my stained clothes in very cold water overnight if possible before washing them. Remember, hot water set a stain. Soak before washing.

I prefer Zout, rather than Shout. It gets all kinds of stains out, including poop. My daughter always had "mudslides" when she was a baby. Worked like a charm.
