  • 3/4 cup baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. powdered egg mix

Place in a pretty container with a card of directions to add 1 Tbsp. cooking oil and water to pancake consistency to each cup of mix and cook as usual. Also add a new hot pad, spatula, and 2 or 3 specially flavored syrups. This gift will be a winner for adults and children alike.

You might also include the mix recipe as it is cheaper than purchasing the mix at the grocery store!

You would use as much water as you need to make the batter the right consistency. I would start with a 1/4 cup and then add more until it's how you like it.
