Prescription Help from Merck Medco

If you don't have health insurance just contact Merck Medco and they will give you free prescriptions. You and your doctor just fill out a form. Several other big pharmaceutical companies also have this same program.

Here are some links for a few different programs for help with prescriptions. These programs are not through ThriftyFun nor can we vouch for them but they look pretty good.

PER DOCTOR'S ORDERS, I HAVE BEEN WORKING ONLY 6 HRS/DAY SINCE THE END OF JULY. I AM THE ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME IN MY HOME. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS SICK TIME WITHOUT PAY BECAUSE I'VE BEEN OUT OF SICK LEAVE SINCE JANUARY 2005. I HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH MY EMPLOYER; HOWEVER, AFTER PAYING RENT AND UTILITIES, THERE IS NO MONEY LEFT FOR THE COPAY OF MY MEDICATIONS.

I WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR PARTIAL DISABILITY IN FEBRUARY 2006, BUT I NEED HELP GETTING MY MEDICATIONS UNTIL THEN. CAN YOU HELP?

this info was also posted a couple of weeks ago by another thrifty reader................
not only can you contact any pharmaceutical company but any dr's office also has this info. you need to not only fill out forms but send in a copy of your taxes with the forms and a presciption from your dr.
