You can go to ehow.com to find instructions. But it's just for a long sleeve kind of bag intended to use for storage. I don't see how it would be helpful even for that. Too long and narrow. It's not a Purse type bag and it goes to a lot of trouble putting elastic through a narrow hem. But read it youself and see if this is what you had in mind. Good Luck.
