How Can I Repair a Clothes Steamer That Doesn't Steam?

My clothes steamer suddenly stopped steaming. It heats up, sometimes, but never quite makes it to steam when it does heat up. Is there a way to repair/clean it that will make it work right again?

Sometimes things just need a new cord, but it has to be the proper heaviness. Is there
