I hope someone can help me out. I bought glass blocks from Menards and sprayed them with Frosted Glass by Rust-oleum. I then put on my vinyl which I cut out using my Cricut. I sprayed another coat of Frosted Glass over the vinyl. After 20-30 minutes, I noticed my vinyl starting to lift.
If anyone can help me out here that would be great.

The only thing I can think of is that you should have put the vinyl directly on the glass before any frost coating. How can the vinyl adhere to coating? Does that make sense?
