Breed Description: The Parson Russell Terrier, also commonly called the Jack Russell Terrier is a small, medium-boned dog with muscular hind legs, a strong neck and docked tail. Initially developed to hunt small quarry, this breed's small, flexible chest, long body and adequately long legs, enable it to pursue game underground or trail hounds during overland pursuits. This dog breed is lively and alert and makes an excellent companion for adults or children.
