Craftsman Lawn Tractor Won't Start After Laying it Down?

I changed the blades in my Craftsman lawn tractor and laid the machine over (mistake). When I turned machine over oil was everywhere. I cleaned the carburetor and air filter out and added oil back to machine. The spark plug looks good, but machine now will not turn over. It does try, but can't turn. What do I do?

Check for cut wire; the cowling may have cut it partly.

Check your hook ups on battery, could be loose.

Check the seat sensor.

Is there a tilt switch? The battery wires may need to be taken off. Then rewire and try again.
