Baked Tilapia

This is a tasty treat, easy to fix and very quick.

Ingredients:

  • 4 (1/4 lb.) Tilapia Fillets
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 slice tomato Per fish
  • Advertisement

  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Spring onions per fish

Directions:

Salt fish, squeeze fresh lemon or lime onto fish, lay thin slice of tomato on top. Put two Spring onions on top and bake for 5 minutes or until flaky at 350 degrees F.

I like to serve it with cheese grits and steamed asparagus. Good with a chardonnay white wine.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5-7 Minutes

I love tilapia and your recipe sounds good. I usually bake it wth a little olive oil and some lemon pepper seasoning. So good!

I love your idea of baking it with a tomato slice on top!
