Vineeta, have you checked with your child's pediatrician? I can call my daughter's pediatrician's office and speak to a nurse and get advice. Sometimes they'll check with the doctor and call me back, and if it sounds serious they'll get me an appointment. But many times they can suggest something over the phone. Since your pediatrician's office will have your child's chart, they can give you the most personalized advice. I hope your little one is feeling better soon!
Sometimes a pharmacist will help with questions such as that, doesn't hurt to ask.
