Go to a dermatologist. They can take them away with lasers. It can be a couple of hundred dollars a session but well worth it.

What is the best thing to remove brown spots from my legs caused by the sun?
You could of course try some of the over the counter skin creams, such as Ambi, or Porcelana, or use fresh squeezed lemon juice or hydrogen peroxide, dab on spots with a Q-tip and blow them dry, so they don't run down legs and leave streaks. (07/15/2009)
