Make Pillows from Old Quilts

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 170 Posts

You can make lovely vintage pillows from an old quilt from a family member. You can also find some beautiful quilts at the Goodwill or thrift stores. The quilts may have tears or spots on them, but just work around them. Cut the quilt to the size you want, then sew up 3 sides, stuff, and close up the remaining side for a beautiful memory pillow or a vintage one.

You can also make doilies, table scarf, arm chair covers, pin cushions, or maybe a smaller quilt; the possibilities are endless. Just let you imagination run with you.

Have Fun.
