Use Latex Gloves for Messy Kitchen Tasks

Everyone's in a hurry when preparing meals and cleaning up, so try using medical-type latex gloves when making meatloaf, rolling balls of cookie dough, kneading dough, etc. I don't even take off my rings, and don't have to worry about my nails. The gloves are available on the shelf in one-size-fits-all in almost any pharmacy area, in big boxes of 50 and 100 gloves. They're only a few cents each, and make it so fast to clean up when mixing things by hand or handling raw meat.

Great idea! You may want to get non-latex gloves if you are making food for others. A lot of people are allergic to latex.

If you don't have the gloves, another trick is to put your hands inside regular baggies and when finished, just throw away. Keeps your hands and rings very clean.
