My 9 month old puppy is not housebroken yet. She won't do it outside. How do I do potty training?

Potty training a puppy is hard and takes a lot of patience especially if it's not done early. Try potty pads to start, make sure to make them know it's not ok to go on the floor. and take them out a lot through out the day our pup caught on after a while.
