I am getting married September 2007 and would like to know if anyone knows an affordable caterer with servers, cleanup crew and possibly (I know I'm pushing it) decorating crew for a budget of $3000-$4000. We already have the hall (in Costa Mesa, CA), but now we need help with everything else.

hi i got married in florida and needed a classy yet frugal wedding and my husband arranged it thru goodwill banquet hall they provided food in a classy setting along with table linens and a choice of 2 meal selections for just under 10.00 dollars a person. it was great and within our budget. so check out there and see if they provide this there and good luck
There are many caterers out there that will work with your budget. It all depends on your guest count too. Please e-mail me.
