I got a Convection Toaster Oven, but there was no book with recipes in the box. Does anyone have any recipes for using with a toaster oven? Thanks.

Food tends to cute a bit quicker in a convection oven. My toaster oven does both, bakes and cooks convection. From my experience, meats veggies cook the same way as baking, only 1/3 of the time. I will not suggest to bake using the convection method, brownies and cake come out uneven.
