Three-Bean Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 10 bacon slices, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup white sugar

• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
• 2 Tbsp. molasses
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 can kidney beans, drained (1 lb.)
• 1 can pork and beans (1 lb.)
• 1 can butter beans, drained (1 lb.)

Directions

Brown meats; drain away fat. Add onion to meats; cook until onion is tender. Add sugars, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, molasses and seasonings; mix well. Add beans. Pour into 3 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
