Snack-A-Roos

Easy to make snack for party or just for the kids after school. Cheap for party, too. Adults love these as well as the kids.

Ingredients:

  • Jif low fat peanut butter
  • Zesta Crackers
  • miniature marshmallows

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spread peanut butter (I use Jif) on Zesta original crackers just a light covering of peanut butter on the crackers. Cover entire cookie sheet with crackers. Add 5 miniature marshmallows on top of each cracker.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. while putting on marshmallows.

Put cookie sheet in oven while it is still preheating. Watch closely as they will burn quickly. Takes about 2 - 3 minutes until marshmallows start to brown and swell up. Remove, let cool and enjoy.

Note: These burn quickly so you have to rally watch them or you will have a fire.

Umm sounds good & easy too, & I love the name you chose. I wonder how a few chocolate bits on each cracker would be?
