Can I Make Candle Holders Out of Recycled Wine Bottles With the Labels Intact?

I want to find out if anyone knows the legalities of using recycled wine bottles with their labels still intact to make candles and sell them at a craft fair. These bottles have been thrown away, and I am recycling them. I have seen a few web sites that make serving trays out of liquor bottles with their labels.
