You might try washing with a solution of baking soda, vinegar, and water. I would suggest about a cup each of baking soda and vinegar to 3 cups of water. This should be safe for all surfaces.

Odoban, odor eliminator, disinfectant.

Do they have Walmart's or Sam's in Scotland?

We are talking about a Stroller or Buggy aren't we?

Make sure you mix water and vinegar together BEFORE you add to baking soda. Then park the pram in the sun for a while; it will dissipate both the vomit and vinegar smell.
