I haven't tried bran muffins yet but these two sites are great for recipes etc. and I use them a lot. I have checked if they have bran muffins and they do! Good Luck! :)

This is a recipe you mix up and leave in frig until you want to bake some.

Raisin Bran Muffins
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

7 1/2 cups (15 1/2 oz box) raisin bran flakes
1 qt. buttermilk
1 cup veg oil
4 eggs, beaten

Blend dry ingredients-add cereal.

Add buttermilk, oil & eggs. Blend until dry ingredients are moist. do not over stir. DO NOT STIR BATTER AGAIN. Batter may be stored covered in refrigerator up to 6 weeks, making muffins when needed. Do not stir batter when filling muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 400 degree for 15-20 mins. Makes 4 dozen muffins. Batter may be cut in half.
It will not last 6 weeks, as you will have baked them all by then.
