Planning a Moving Sale in the Fall/Winter?

I want to do a moving sale and I do have access to indoors. Are November and December bad months to have a moving sale?

I think with a little advertising this could work out really well for you as yard sales and the like decline. Make sure to post free internet bulletin boards. Are you near a military community? Find out where they post yard sales and list your event. We are always coming and going and looking for a bargain. Good luck!

I think it would be perfect for a sale, especially if you have anything that someone could pick up for a Christmas gift or some crafty things {like old pieces of jewelry, one of a kind earrings, etc.} that folks could use to make craft items for bizarres and gifts.

Fall is the perfect time for a sale. People who love garage sales will be missing those as most are held during the summer.

Yep, fall/winter is a great time for a moving sale. Especially in these tough economic times, folks are searching for more frugal ways to give, and live.
