Coconut Rolls

Very simple recipe for coconut lovers.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups of coconut
• 1/2 cup of peanut butter
• 1 Tbsp. of corn syrup, light or dark

• Coconut to coat

Directions

Mix coconut, peanut butter and syrup together well until dampened. Form a roll.

Roll in coconut to coat well. Wrap and store in the refrigerator. Slice in thin slices and serve.

Very tasty.
