Real easy to make and just a few ingredients.
Mix the three ingredients together and drop by teaspoon full onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Will be slightly soft. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
That's it! Super simple cookies with just a few ingredients. So yummy!

I have made the conventional peanut butter cookies for years, but my daughter found this three ingredient recipe and swears that the cookies have a stronger peanut butter flavor and if uncooked by a minute or two they turn out chewy!
Who would think that you could make a batch of cookies with just 3 ingredients! Wow, now I know what to make for a treat when I have a sweet tooth & no sweets (or groceries) in the house!<*grin*>
*But where's the flour? This puzzles me. I'd think you'd have to have flour. Guess not!

Those cookies are delicious. They take 1 cup Sugar, 1 cup Peanut Butter and 1 Egg. Bake for 10-13 minutes at 350 degrees.
How do you make them with chocolate chips. I would be interested in that recipe.
