Bubble Cookies

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 Tbsp. vanilla
• 1 Tbsp. soda
• 1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
• 5 cups flour

Directions

Mix, drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out while soft.
