Yellow Streaks On Clothing After Washing?

I keep getting yellowish streaks on my khaki colored laundry. I have city water. Is it the chlorine in the water? Is there any way to get it out after the laundry has been in the dryer? Please help!

The streaks are from lotion, soap, perfume, or deodorant, and sweat. Vinegar will stop the streaking. Wash with vinegar over night soaking, then wash with soap.

If all else fails, throw them in with your whites and bleach as usual.

I am sure that it's not from anything like that. It is all over and kind of like a tie-dye effect. That's why I am wondering if it's from my water.

I will try the vinegar though. At this point I don't have anything to lose.
