Eagle brand's recipe is based on sweetened condensed milk. Condensed milk already has sugar in it:)

Condensed milk like Eagle brand is definitely different than canned carnation or u name it brand. Using condensed milk and the other ingredients called for may not be what you expect.
I've used condensed milk for no bake cheesecake. Just remember you don't need to add extra sugar because condensed milk, unlike evaporated milk, is very sweet!
