Wrap and Stack Children's Gifts Together

Like most grandparents we always go overboard on gifts and want the packages to be spectacular and mainly recognizable.

We use different paper for each child (geared to their age) and then stack them together and bind them with ribbon. Also, it means only one per child to decorate or put a huge bow on. With 7 grandchildren, they know which gifts come from us.

I have bought the decorator boxes, always after the holiday for my grand children (these boxes stay at my house from year to year) and each is different. I then wrap each gift in tissue paper and place them inside this box - so there are big boxes under the tree and each grandchild knows which is theirs. Once in a while a gift might be bigger than the box but not usually.

Six of the 7 grandchildren are now either adults or almost adults, but this still works on the youngest one. Now when he sees a stack of gifts with a single large bow, he's knows it's from us and really likes knowing who it comes from by just looking.
