Ranch Potato Crisps

Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 package dry ranch salad dressing
  • sour cream, for dipping (opt.)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut potatoes, in crinkle cut fashion, if desired, into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place in large bowl. Add oil; mix lightly. Add dressing mix; toss to coat evenly. Arrange potato slices in single layer on greased baking sheet. (Do not overlap slices). Bake 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Serve warm with sour cream, if desired.

This is sort of a different version of what I used to make(and forgot about). I diced potatoes, sprayed them with Pam, then sprinkled seasoning salt over them.

Mix ocasionally while baking. Thanks for sending your recipe and reminding me of mine! Now I have 2!
