If you don't carry Emergency Medical information on your person, you NEED to. Here is a site that offers 100% free Emergency Medical information that you can fill-in online and print out. Other ingenious items are available to suit your lifestyle, but all provide you with Emergency Medical information in the event that it's needed. I have the 'Free-ID' card printed out and keep one in my Biking bag and wallet.

And as an aside... my brother found an area in his cell phone to list emergency contact numbers. You press one button and all are listed immediately. It was pretty cool.
