Try using Goldfish cheese flavored crackers with this recipe too! I plan to make these again to serve on New Years Eve with assorted cheeses and Korbel Brut Champagne ;-)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) soup and oyster crackers
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 envelope Hidden Valley dry ranch dip mix
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, if desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Place crackers in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over crackers and toss to coat.

Place in a roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes or until crisp, turning cracker every 15 minutes.

Cool and store in an airtight container.

I use white cheddar cheezits and I also add 2 tablespoons of dill. My kids love it!
