220/110 Curling Iron?

I need to purchase a curling iron with 220/110 voltage, but am having a hard time finding one. Anyone have any suggestions where I might buy one? I have already tried Sally's and Ulta.

How about a travel place that sells the items for traveling to other countries? They may have a converter as well that would plug into your wall so you could use the iron you have.

You should be specific of which Country you are traveling to. The plug configuration can be different for each country and not all countries are 50hz; so there's not a 'fits all' single curling iron configuration. If going to multiple countries, then purchase a 'fits all' adapter...

Make sure the wattage of your curling iron (& hair dryer??[1500watts]) can be accommodated. Have you considered Surge protection as well?

Your hotel should have a curling iron at the Reg. desk for you to use, or a voltage converter. Send them an email of inquiry before leaving for the trip.

I bought myself a little Conair curling iron that uses the replaceable Thermacell butane gas cartridge. I use it every day, just about, and the cartridges last 3-4 months. They cost about $3 each.

I bought it because I'm having shoulder problems and wanted something different than the big one I had with a cord. I love this one, it gets just as hot as the electric ones.
