Oh that sounds good! And a lot like Orange Fluff that my fellow weight loss surgery patient gave me.

1 SF Big pack of Orange jello (or any other flavor)
1 16 oz. Cottage cheese
1 Regular size cool whip (not SF or Lite, they don't set up right, the sugar is minimal in regular)
1 small can madarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple (or cubes cut into smaller pieces)

Mix Jello with cottage cheese and fruit, stir in cool whip, put in fridge (if you can wait that long, but it's better cool).

Even die hard "Eww, cottage cheese" people love this dessert and since yogurt has a lot of sugar it works well with RNY patients.

Yummy! I know where I need to go! To the store, I want some now!
