Lock 'n Lock Storage Containers

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 114 Posts

After returning from vacation, I pulled out the lettuce which had been in our refrigerator for three weeks thinking I would have to toss it out. I had stored it in one of my Lock 'n Lock containers and when I opened it, to my surprise the lettuce was crisp and fresh. I am sending a picture so you can see for yourself how effective these containers are. Just think of the money you will save by using these to store leftovers or bulk foods.

These containers are awesome. I have used them for about 3 years now. I love mine!

I have the glasslock containers, which seem to work pretty much the same, they are glass with plastic locking lids. I love them and have gotten rid of all my old gladware in favor of them.

I have also used Lock and Lock for years, and nothing else comes close to them. I never have to throw out vegetables now.

Is Lock 'n Lock the brand name? If not, who makes them? Thanks!

For Maryeileen....yes, Lock & Lock is a name brand. They are great! They can be purchased at Walmart, Kmart, grocery stores and QVC sells sets. I just added a few more to my collection from Amazon.com and they offered free s/h.

I noticed Rubbermaid now sells their version, but I have lots of Lock & Lock and I think they are great!

I bought some knock off lock and lock containers at Dollar Tree and have found them just as effective as the pricey ones.

I need some for apples. I buy like 3 produce bags filled to brim almost every two weeks. Having 4 little ones we go through lots of fruits and veggies.
