Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1/2 tsp. celery seed
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp. grated onion
• 1/2 cup salad oil

• 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions

Put ingredients into jar and shake well. Let stand overnight. This dressing should be left out of the refrigerator for several hours after you make it, and should be shaken vigorously every once in a while. It is wonderful with blue cheese added, too.
