Buster is 5 he turned 6 on Thanksgiving Day and is a Scottish Terrier.
I got Buster around Valentines Day from a pet store. I wouldn't recommend buying from a pet store. He was very sick.
Buster loves to chase the squirrels and birds from our backyard. Also he enjoys hanging out at home with his family and playing fetch with his toys.
Buster works weekends at a nursing home. He loves being with people and has a very sweet personality. He hops in bed with them kisses them then snuggles. They love it! They could pull his tail off and he would never move. It takes a special dog. He brings a lot of joy to many people and I am very proud of him.

My daughter's inlaws bring their little yorkie in to the long term care section of our local hospital about once a month. The patients love it.
When we used to have rabbits our son would put a leash on one of the rabbits and I would drop the two of them off each week for a few hours at a local nursing home. The residents would have smiles after he went by them in the hall. He got to "show off" his pet rabbit and they got to touch it if they wished to.
A sugggestion...to anyone out there with a pet rabbit or a little dog that loves people. If you have the time, please invest the joy your pet gives you into the lives of the people at the nursing homes. It is amazing the joy that is given to them when they see and/or touch your pet. It lifts their spirit so much.
