Crockpot Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 4 medium size potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • Advertisement

  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Add milk and cook covered for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.

This sounds good and so easy. I always use the crockpot for supper when the kids are coming home so it's ready whenever they get here. Thanks.

Sounds wonderful. I have been making so many crockpot soups, each one better than the other. Can't wait to try this one especially since my husband likes corn.
