Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Advertisement

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Combine sugars with oil, then add eggs. Sift in dry ingredients. Add quick oats and chocolate chips. Press into ungreased 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Do not over-bake!

I tried this recipe and it did turn out, the only thing I noticed as I was almost finished mixing ingredients is that the vanilla is not mention as to when to add. Also they need to be cooled before cutting or they fall apart. That might be good to note on the directions. Thanks for your recipe it was a good one.
