After baking and cooling a sweet potato pie, I double wrap it with plastic wrap, then wrap in aluminum foil, and finally, place in a freezer bag. These pies last for several months. I had one in the freezer for a year, and it still came out very well. Yes, it tasted good, too.

I would unwrap it and put it in a cold oven, frozen, and turn the oven on to 400 or 425 degrees and heat for 10-15 minutes depending on how warm you want it.

If you want my opinion, its best to tightly wrap it in Saran Wrap, because aluminum foil will give it a metal taste
